UPHOLSTERY

It couldn't be more comfortable: Our sofa models have an upholstery in the so-called "sandwich style": The upper and lower layer consists of a filling with synthetic and cotton fibers. The inner layer, which is located between the two outer layers, consists of solid Foam We chose this padding because it combines two things: it is nice and cozy to lie on the sofa and at the same time firm and comfortable for long-term comfort.

VELVET

We are big fans of this particularly soft and elegant fabric. Velvet gives upholstered furniture a particularly aesthetic and cozy touch. You can choose between five different velvet colors: our strong brown, romantic grey, subtle beige, elegant dark green or unusual blue.

Velvet is also referred to as a royal fabric and was reserved for the best of circles until the late Middle Ages. Velvet originally comes from the Orient and was then shipped to Italy. This led to the foundation of a velvet weaver's guild in Venice and Milan in the early 13th century. The entire velvet metier was then mastered from Italy. In 1474, around 15,000 people were employed in Milan producing velvet. At that time, velvet was mainly used as pillow and wall coverings. The Venetians spread velvet to the rest of Europe. Velvet was becoming increasingly popular, especially among nobles.

MAINTENANCE

Our fabrics are durable and stain resistant, making them great for use with children or pets. Most of the stains can be removed immediately if you act quickly, as stains only penetrate the high fabric density very slowly. If, contrary to expectations, a stain cannot be removed, you can remove the cover with a zipper and take it to the dry cleaners. Of course, you also have the option of ordering a new upholstery fabric from us. Please contact us via the contact form.

Microfiber fabrics should be vacuumed regularly with a vacuum cleaner. Stains can be easily removed with adhesive strips. The adhesive strip is pressed onto the stain and then pulled off again. At best, the fibers should be brushed afterwards. Microfibers are insensitive to wet-bonded soiling, and local stain treatment is usually not a problem. Care must be taken not to rub the fibers too hard to avoid roughening the surface. Wet cleaning should be done with pH-neutral products. Treatment with solvents is not recommended as this can lead to color changes.

Who wants to wait a long time for their new favorite spot? Our products are usually in stock and have a delivery time of 4-5 working days .

Shipping is via the forwarding agency RHENUS Logistics. They will contact you after you have placed your order to arrange a delivery date. All sofa models are already assembled. Only the models consisting of two parts are hooked together from below in the device provided for this purpose.

Are you moving and have a later desired delivery date? Contact us before or after placing your order. We are happy to work according to your schedule and reserve the ordered products for a longer period of time if you wish.

Shipping

All sofa models are delivered by moving company. The shipping costs for standard shipping (delivery in front of the house) are included in the purchase price.

For delivery to your desired location, book our "all-round carefree package" for an additional charge of €69.00. We recommend this service for all deliveries weighing more than 70kg. Here you determine the place of delivery and the packaging will be disposed of for you if necessary.
