How does AMARIS Elements ship the goods?
We guarantee you pleasant and uncomplicated shopping. Your order will be securely packaged and delivered to your home by our logistics service provider RHENUS Logistics. If the items are large, the shipping company will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you.
How are the goods packed for shipping?
Our high-quality products deserve high-quality packaging. Together with our logistics center, we attach particular importance to ensuring that the order reaches you undamaged. All sofas are packed in strong transport film and cardboard at particularly stressed areas.
How can I make an appointment for a courier delivery?
Large or bulky products, such as our sofas, are shipped by our courier. When ordering, please enter your telephone number in your customer data so that we can arrange a delivery date with you. Our logistics team will then contact you by telephone to make arrangements.
Can I pick up the goods myself?
Collection from our logistics center is not planned, but is possible in special cases. Contact us via info@amariselements.com or call +49 (0) 40 / 20 91 09 28.
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany is free of charge for deliveries to the curb. For our sofas, we recommend booking our "all-round carefree package" for €69.00. This includes delivery to your desired location and taking the packaging material with you. For individual inquiries about the shipping costs, you are welcome to contact us at any time at info@amariselements.com or +49 (0) 40 / 20 91 09 28.
How long does it take for the goods to reach me?
All stock products are shipped within 4-5 days. After your order has been sent, it only takes a few days for the RHENUS Logistics shipping company to agree the delivery date with you. With this notification you have the possibility to book a delivery date within a few days. We do our best to get the goods to you as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you can also choose a delivery date up to 3 weeks in the future. You therefore have full flexibility. If your desired date is even further in the future, we will be happy to accommodate you. After placing your order, simply give us a brief note. We will then ship the goods in such a way that your desired date is met.
Do you also ship outside of Germany?
We ship to numerous countries within Europe. These include: Germany, Austria, Poland, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Belgium and Switzerland.
Will my goods be brought to the apartment/house.
Our velvet sofas are delivered by moving company. The shipping costs for standard shipping (delivery in front of your house) are included in the purchase price.

If you would like your order to be delivered to your desired location with 2-man handling, you can easily book this for an additional charge of €69.00. In this way, you determine the place of delivery and have the certainty that the packaging material will be disposed of for you. So you don't have any work and can make yourself comfortable on your new sofa.

What do I do if I forgot my password?
It's no problem if you forgot your password. On the login page, click on "Forgot your password" and enter the e-mail address you used to register in our shop. You will then receive an email with a link that you can use to create a new password for your account.
How can I change my password?
You can easily change your password at any time. As soon as you have logged in, you can change your password in the "My Account" area. For security reasons, you must first enter your current password.
How can I change my email address?
Changing your stored e-mail address is quick and easy. After logging in, you can click on the "Change e-mail address" field in your personal "My Account" area. For security reasons, you must first enter your password. As soon as you have clicked on the "Change e-mail" button, you can log in with your new e-mail address.
Is my member data safe with AMARIS Elements?

ORDER PROCESS

How can I order from you?
The ordering process at AMARIS Elements is carried out in just a few steps and is very easy. After you have placed your desired products in the shopping cart, click on "Proceed to checkout" in the next step. When you order from us for the first time, you have the option of creating a customer account or shopping with a guest account. Have you ordered from us before? Then you can simply log in with your e-mail address and personal password. If your billing and delivery address differ, you can enter a different delivery address. After entering your personal data, you will be taken to the payment process and can choose between PayPal, direct debit, credit card, prepayment, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, payment in installments or purchase on account. You will then receive an overview of your entire order and have the option of changing the order data. After submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I combine several orders later?
You are welcome to call us on +49 (0) 40 / 20 91 09 28 to find a joint solution. A joint delivery for items ordered in quick succession is usually possible without any problems.
How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order or part of it, simply send us an email with your request to info@amariselements.com or call +49 (0) 40 / 20 91 09 28. Please note that the item to be canceled must not yet be in the shipping process. If this is the case, you still have the option to return the item.

PAY

When does the order have to be paid for?
Payment depends on the payment method you have selected. Please contact us directly if you have any questions about the individual payment methods.
Which payment methods are possible with AMARIS Elements?
You have the option of paying for your order conveniently by credit card, direct debit, prepayment, purchase on account, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, payment by installments or via PayPal. You can select the respective payment method during the ordering process. Please keep in mind that we can only send the goods to you after receipt of the money.
How does payment by invoice work?
Payment by invoice is a Klarna service. You have the option of ordering the goods by purchase on account and transferring the amount due to Klarna at your leisure within one month. The payment period is independent of your right of return, ie you can also use your right of return after paying the invoice.

Are my payments and other transactions safe with you?
AMARIS Elements attaches great importance to your safety. To secure your data in online payment transactions, we use the latest encryption techniques such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is a recognized standard protocol that ensures secure data exchange. All data is sent encrypted directly from the SSL system to the credit card company.

VOUCHERS

What types of vouchers does AMARIS Elements offer?
You can order any type of voucher from us via info@amariselements.com or +49 (0) 40 / 20 91 09 28. We will be happy to provide you with a personalized voucher with a voucher code. You have the option of printing out the voucher yourself or having it sent to you by us within 2 working days.
I received a voucher from AMARIS Elements. How can I redeem it?
You can already redeem vouchers in the shopping cart with every order. The voucher amount will then be deducted directly from the total amount. Our vouchers have no expiry date. So you can take your time and decide on a product of your choice.

WHERE DO THE REVIEWS COME FROM?

The ratings in our online shop are checked for spam and then published automatically. Each rating is read by us personally and assigned to the respective sale. We do not receive reviews that are not from one of our customers. Accordingly, these are based on direct experience with one of our products and serve as a decision-making aid for you. As soon as we cannot assign a rating, we contact the author and try to clarify. So far, however, this has not happened because third parties are not interested in leaving a review of a product that is unknown to them.
